uverifyID is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of its customers and the users of its products and services. This statement of our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Notice”) is intended to give you an understanding of how uverifyID protects the privacy of your personal information and about our Mobile Applications, uverifyID Applications, our Services and our website (each as defined below). These Mobile Applications and Services are made available to people using our customers’ services and they and our Services will also be subject to your agreement with the third party from which you are receiving another service which uses uverifyID Services (“Third-Party”).Those Third-Parties will have their own privacy policies, for which uverifyID is not responsible and you should review those policies as well, in order to gain a fuller understanding of how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed.
In this Privacy Notice “uverifyID” and “we” refers to uverifyID Inc. and its subsidiary companies who provide or assist in the provision of our mobile applications, including the uverifyID Application as well as each application, system, or database which is provided by uverifyID and which is accessible by other means such as an Internet browser, or desktop application (collectively with the Mobile Applications referred to as the “uverifyID Applications”) and our services and operate our websites including www.uverifyID.com (the “Site”).
The following statements inform you of uverifyID’s policies regarding the
collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) uverifyID receives from or relating to users of the uverifyID Applications, Services and the Site. By using the uverifyID Applications, the Services or the Site, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information, in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
While using the Site, or applying to use our Services, uverifyID may ask you to provide it with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your name, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. When registering with us to use a Mobile Application you will be asked to provide a telephone number and a photograph (if you are using a facial recognition feature of the uverifyID Application). In certain cases, we may also receive from the Third-Party which is providing Third-Party services to you, your photograph and other personal information which you have provided to such Third-Party, for uverifyID to provide the Services. (Collectively all of such personally identifiable information, other personal information and biometric information is referred to as “Personal Information”).
uverifyID uses your Personal Information for providing you with information about uverifyID, its products and services and for providing, maintaining and improving the Site, the uverifyID Applications and the Services. uverifyID may use your Personal Information to contact you with
marketing or promotional materials.
MOBILE APPLICATIONS
uverifyID also uses your Personal Information to operate the Mobile Applications and to provide you with the Services. To provide you with the Services we may receive and transmit certain Personal Information to the Third Parties with whom you have authorized us to work, when registering for any Service and using any Mobile Application. When you use Mobile Applications, your phone number, your photograph and certain unique identifiers for your device are sent to uverifyID to allow uverifyID and others to provide Services. When you approve (or decline) a transaction, which is presented to you by the Mobile Applications, you are consenting to sending to uverifyID biometric and other information for such purpose (depending on your Mobile Application account set-up) and consenting to uverifyID sending a message to the Third-Party that is providing the relevant services, which will include information about you, which is necessary to authenticate your choice.
FROM OUR CUSTOMERS
- Registration information. When you register for an account with us so you can create and/or use our platform and services, we collect your username, password, phone number and email address.
- Billing information. The payment will be made to Annapurna IV, Inc. dba uverifyID.com, we require that you provide your billing details, including name, address, email address and financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g. a credit card number and expiration date). If you provide a billing address, we will regard that as the location of the account holder. Our integrations with third-party payment gateways are for processing only. We don’t store or log any sensitive cardholder data provided by you or your users. We follow industry-standard best practices to protect the security of cardholder data during processing and transmission. We perform annual audits to ensure that our handling of your credit card information aligns with industry guidelines.
- Account settings. Our customers can set various preferences and personal details on pages,
FORM DATA
The form data will need to be integrated with Google, AWS, Microsoft, or any third-party services you decide. It is your responsibility to ensure you have your account in good standing with the third party to ensure the data is stored securely.
It’s your business data, you have the right on how you manage the data. uverifyID does not plan to keep and manage your business data. That said, it is your responsibility to ensure the data is not abused, in compliance with third-party policies and uverifyID policy.
VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE
- Usage data. We collect usage data when you interact with our services. This may include which web pages you visit, what you click on, when you performed those actions, and so on. Additionally, like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, and timestamps.
- Device data. We collect data from the device and application you use to access our services, such as your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type. We may also infer your geographic location based on your IP address.
- Referral data. If you arrive at a uverifyID website from an external source (such as a link on another website or in an email), we record information about the source that referred you to us.
- Information from third parties. We may collect your personal information or data from third parties if you have given permission to those third parties to share your information.
FROM FORM RESPONDERS
When you fill in or complete a form used by one of our customers, we collect information relating to you and your use of our services:
- Form responses. We help collect businesses collect and store the form responses in their third-party service providers like Google Cloud. The form creator (Customer) is responsible for this data, and they manage it. A form may ask you to provide personal information or data. If you have any questions about a form that a customer has sent to you or given you access to fill in, or about the data to be provided in the form, please contact the form creator directly, since uverifyID is not responsible for the content of that form. The form creator may have their own privacy policy.
- Are your form responses anonymous?
You will need to ask the form creator as it depends on how the individual, company or organization has chosen to configure the form(s). We provide information to form creators on how they can collect responses anonymously. However, even if a form creator has followed those steps, specific questions in the form may still ask you for your personal information or data that could be used to identify you.
Your Rights
Update and Deletion of Personal Information
uverifyID was built with the foundation that you own your information and have the access to control and manage as needed. My profile within the portal allows you to delete or update the information stored in uverifyID. Please note certain personal information may be exempt from a deletion in certain circumstances, including as provided for in this privacy policy.

The law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
We do not share any private information about you. You as an owner, have the rights and control over who, what and when to share your identity information. In cases when we are under a legal obligation to provide your private information, the laws in your jurisdiction may require full compliance with such requests.
You are the owner of your personal information. At uverifyID we believe it is your inalienable right to maintain control over your personal information at all times. We never share any of your information without your consent unless we are compelled to do so by law enforcement agencies.
We only collect your personal information when you proactively add your attested information to your identity.
In order to perform an identity confirmation, the verification and authentication request is done on your device and only with your permission. For example, when you scan your driver’s license to confirm your identity, we provide secure communication for you to submit a picture of your drivers’ license from your mobile device directly. This action can only be initiated by you.
If you choose to link your uverifyID account with a third party account, such as your Google or AWS, or Microsoft account, uverifyID may use the information you allow us to collect from those third parties to provide you with additional features, services, and personalized content.
COOKIES
Like many sites, uverifyID uses “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Site.
A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other internet-connected devices to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. This website’s uses of cookies include those cookies that are strictly necessary to enable the features of the website, performance cookies to see how visitors use the website and functionality cookies that enable the webpage to “remember” machines or devices, personalize website content and tailor user experience. In addition, cookies may be used to help us define our audience so that we can make appropriate changes to this website (“Demographics” cookies) and target advertisements to users when they are browsing this website and other websites (“Interest Reporting” cookies), in each case by reference to anonymous identifiers, not personal information.
NO SALE OF LEASING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will not sell or lease your personal information to any third party.
SECURITY
The security of your Personal Information is important to uverifyID, and our systems are designed with security and data protection as the highest priority. We adopt physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Information. For example, maintain certain databases in restricted areas; and secure the content by use of firewalls and other security methods. We also limit access to databases containing Personal Information to specifically authorized employees and agents and other parties identified in the disclosure section above. However, you should remember that no method of data transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic data storage, is 100% secure. While uverifyID strives to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, uverifyID
cannot guarantee its absolute security.

uverifyID may provide links on this Site to other websites that are not under our control. In using our Mobile Applications and Services you will have access to websites and services offered by Third-Parties. We do not endorse or make any warranty of any type regarding the content contained on such websites or products and services offered on those websites or by any Third Party. We make no representation regarding your use of such websites or Third-Party services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of Third-Parties or the operators of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site or Mobile Applications and to read the privacy statements of each website and Third-Party that collects personal information. This policy applies solely to Personal Information collected by us. You should read any other applicable privacy and cookies policies carefully before accessing and using such other Third-Party services and any other websites.
CHANGES
This Privacy Notice is effective as of the date at the top of this Privacy Notice and will remain in effect subject to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. uverifyID reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Notice at any time and thus you should check this Privacy Notice periodically. Your continued use of the Site, any Mobile Applications or Services after uverifyID posts any modifications to the Privacy Notice on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Notice.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Individuals who reside in California and who have provided their Personal Information to uverifyID may have additional rights and may request information regarding disclosures of this information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
